 YOGA MUDRA


Technique of mudra-

        First, sit on the floor in Vajra Asana and bring both the hands behind the waist and hold the right hand from the left hand. Now lower the body forward and put the head on the floor and leave the vitality air or exhale. Thus, stay in this position for about 20 seconds and keep the breathing activity normal.

Benefits-

        This mudra gives the knowledge about last aim and internal soul to the vatta natured yogis. It ends stomach diseases. Regular practice of this mudra cures spleen, liver and piles etc.
