CHROMIUM


          Chromium maintains glucose level in blood as well as keeps fat level as normal in blood. Take it about 50 to 200 microgram everyday. Diabetes and epilepsy patients must take chromium according to a doctor.

          It is found in fruits, milk, grains, yeast, khumbi, maize oil, seal (fish), black pepper; potato peels (skins), etc.
