          Vitamin ‘B’ complex is very important for providing vital power to the body. Due to this vitamin, many diseases are occurred in the body. Several groups of vitamin ‘B’ has discovered. All these groups as combined are called vitamin ‘B’ complex. Well all these groups are related to each other, but in properties, they are different to each other. Vitamin ‘B’ complex has the ability to tolerate heat up 120 centigrade, but it does not able to tolerate more than this temperature and is destroyed. This vitamin is soluble in water. Its main function is to keeps the nerve healthy and helps in digestion. By increasing appetite, it provides vital power to the body. It helps in absorption of eaten food. It is destroyed without any temperature with combination of alkaline substances, but it does not destroy by boiling with acid.
