The weight of the whole body is kept on the tiptoes in this asana and the body is in some raised position. The practice of this awakens the Kundilini Power which carries yogis on the pinnacle. Many types of disorders occur in the body due to the navel disorders which can be cured by the practice of this asana.
The practice of this asana can be done by two techniques-
Stand straight for the practice of this asana. Now sit slowly on the tiptoes. After that, bend both the hands from the elbow and put on the knees and interlock fingers of both the hands altogether. Now put your chin on the fingers joint and look forward. Stay in this position as much as you can stay.
A person should concentrate on the Manipurak or Anahata Chakra. Pressure falls on the points of the body. Waves of spinal cord start to climb from down to up in this asana. A person meditates from the joint of waist and backbone to the point.
The pain of the waist and other joints disappears by the practice of this asana. This asana brings strength in the tiptoes and fingers of the feet. The practice of this asana provides celibacy to a person and this asana is helpful in some yogic activities too. It provides freshness to the brain and cures sexual diseases. Practice of Uddiyana Bandha is done along with this asana by which all stomach disorders disappear. Activities of Jalbasti or Pawanbasti are done after sitting in Utkata Asana. The practice of Bajroli Asana cannot be done without this asana. The blood from stomach to head is pulled by own strength in this asana. Most of yogis rotate noli by sitting in this asana. This asana is the supreme secret asana of the yogis. It ends the looseness of the stomach of women after delivery and cures disorders of the reproductive organs. This asana is also helpful in case of menses disorders and makes the menstrual excretion normal. The practice of this asana generates smoothness in the body, which is very useful for the body. It also makes the body, beautiful, attractive and makes the face shiny.
Stand straight for the practice of this asana. Now extend your hands forward and keep them straight. After that, bend the knees slowly and raise the heels and sit on the tiptoes. Stay in this position for one minute. Now raise your heels on the floor slowly and stand up by keeping the hands in previous position. Thus, repeat it 4-5 times.
This asana is very useful for women. Diseases as indigestion, anorexia, surfeited, constipation, stomach disorders, rheumatism, sciatica and pain due to excessive walk are cured by the practice of this asana.
