TRIKONA ASANA


Technique:

                Stand straight for the practice of this asana. Now make a distance of 60-90cm between both the feet and keep the legs straight and stretched. After that, extend both the hands in the sides of the shoulders while taking deep breath.Stand straight for the practice of this asana. Now make a distance of 60-90cm between both the feet and keep the legs straight and stretched. After that, extend both the hands in the sides of the shoulders while taking deep breath. Now bend the body from the waist in the right side and touch the left toe with the right hand by looking the palm of left hand extended in the line of shoulder and stay in this position for sometime. After that, bring the body into normal position while inhaling and keep the hands downward and exhale. In the same way, bend the body in the left side and touch the right toe with the left hand by looking the palm of right hand and stay in this position for sometime. After that, bring the body in normal position by inhaling and stand straight with downwards hands. This activity should be done 10 times. Knees should not be bent in this position and keep the hands straight.
