Introduction:

          If your hair and skin of skull is healthy but hair is thin, there will be fault in the cells which are not working well surely. There are some elements by using them you can make your hair thick.

Treatment:

  • Take meal rich in vitamin ‘e’ along with other vitamins but poor in sugar.
  • Yoga asana as sheershan excites thyroid gland and fastens the circulation of blood in the body.
  • Forehead should be massaged.
  • Include minerals as Zink in meal.
  • External treatment- bleaching
  • Use protein, shampoo and conditioner to strengthen hair.
  • Wash hair regularly as far as it is possible if you want beautiful and thick hair. But, try to avoid too much setting, teasing and brushing of hair.
