The respiratory systems

THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEMS

Treatment with the help of acupressure :

Introduction-

The tubes, found in the body and responsible for respiration, are called breathing tubes (respiratory pipes). The chief organs of it are- bronchus, nose and bronchioles. These organs are arranged in chain. Only with the help of these bronchioles, oxygen reaches to the lungs where these bronchioles are grown in small branches and sub-branches. It is located inside the lungs as inverse tree and later merged (fused) in bag like structure, known as alveoli. These alveoli appear like bunch of grapes. Through these alveoli and cells, oxygen and carbon-di-oxide go on exchanging from inside to outside and from outside to inside. The lungs are made up of many bronchioles and alveoli, but are non-muscular. Therefore, it plays an important role in respiration.

Nose-

While respiration air (oxygen) enters inside the body through the nose. There are small hairs found inside the nostrils that make the air hot and moist before entering. These hairs also act as protection that that stops air to enter forward. The internal part of the nose is covered with mucus membranes. These mucus membranes stop the tiny mucus particles and bacteria to enter inside the nose and they also make the air as moist.

Well, we can take in air through our mouth too, but air taken though our mouth does not able to become clean, hot, moist and bacteria free and harmful substances can be also entered inside the body by breathing through the mouth, so we should not take in breath though our mouth.

Bronchus-

Bronchus is a type of cylindrical tube like structure, about 5 cm in length. It is situated in part after food pipe. This tube is divided in two bronchioles, 1-1 to each lung. On the internal layer of bronchus, cells generated by mucus are located in a queue where harmful particles are trapped while breathing.

Lungs-

The lungs are spongy organs of the respiratory organs and protect the main blood vessels like- heart and aorta. It is also known as chest or chest-cavity. Both the lungs hold few parts of chest. The heart and aorta are located in the middle section of both the lungs. About 30 crore to 60 crore alveoli are found in both the lungs of human. The area of their surface is about 90 sq.m. The exchange of oxygen and carbon-di-oxide depends on the expansion of these alveoli.

The lungs are conical in shape whose base has attached with tanupat and its apex touches the neck bottom. Except few basic parts of the lungs, remaining part of them can be moved. The right lung is big and wide and little small in length. The right lung is divided in three pindicos while left lung is divided in to 2 pindicos. The lungs are spongy having tiny holes in them and its internal structure is divided in to branches of tubes and alveoli. Each alveolus is thick and round in shape and its radius is about 100 micron and the wall of alveoli is very and thin layers of cells are also found around it. The area of these cells is equal to the area of alveoli.

Respiration-

Respiration is only a physical process for human through which, air is taken by the lungs and is released again. It is an automatic process.

There are two types of respiration-

Inspiration- air is taken by inspiration.

Expiration- air is released by expiration.

Oxygen is carried to all the body cells through blood and the exchange of air goes on taking place inside the alveoli. The air taken by breath has 70% nitrogen, 0.03% carbon-di-oxide and 21% oxygen and other gases while the air released outside has 4% carbon-di-oxide, 16% oxygen and 80% nitrogen and other gases. The entire respiration process is controlled and become regular by breathing center found in the brain with the help of spinal cord, neuralgic fibers and breathing muscles.

If any type of disorder occurred in respiratory organs or if a person feels any difficulty in respiration, it is known as disease of the respiratory systems.

The diseases related to the respiratory systems are as follow-

Bronchitis-

This disease occurs due to infection that takes place in the bronchioles found in the lungs. This disease is of two types of chronic and violent. Due to this disease, swelling is occurred in the breathing pipes. This disease occurs due to exposing with cold and by the infection of bacteria. This disease can be treated by acupressure treatment system and the patient gets much relief after this treatment.

Various diseases of the lungs-

Due to this disease, many diseases of the lungs are also occurred like- pneumonia, less expansion of the lungs and pleurisy. If these diseases are treated by acupressure treatment system with other treatment, this disease is cured soon.

Allergy-

Allergy is of various types. The patient has to face lots of troubles due to these diseases. This disease can be treated by acupressure treatment system, but before treatment, it is necessary to find out the reasons which are responsible for allergy. The patient should avoid the things which are responsible for his allergy and then should take treatment.

Cough-

Cough can be occurred due to many reasons like- asthma, swelling of the thyroid glands, any disease related to the breathing pipe. Coming additional phlegm, cold and catarrh, flu, whooping cough, bronchitis, etc. coughing is a normal activity. But, it can persist for long time. In case of cough, voice fiber is stretched; breathing pipe is suppressed; the chest is contracted and pressure starts increasing in the air path. In case of opening these fibers, they come out with speed and with sudden pressure. Due to this disease, cough is aggravated at night while sleeping, in the morning and during rest. Thick yellow phlegm also starts coming out with cough. Cough can be occurred also with feeling itching and burning sensation in the throat.

Asthma-

Asthma is a disease of short breathing. Due to this disease, the patient starts feeling panting. The attacks of asthma fall and are cured after treatment. There are various types of attacks of asthma. Mostly, this disease hereditary and is transferred in the children from their parents. There is no any age of this disease and it can be occurred in any person. This disease can be also occurred due to allergy of various types of medicines. This disease can be also treated by acupressure treatment system. The patient must treat his disease by an expert acupressure doctor, because he has proper experiences to treat asthma and he can able to treat this disease well.

Pain in the chest bones-

This type of pain can be occurred due to any diseases of the respiratory organs, lack of blood, swelling in the ribs and vertebral column. This disease can be treated by acupressure treatment system.

For the treatment of this disease by acupressure treatment system, the acupoints has decided on the body.

The treatment methods by giving pressure on the acupoints-

This type of pain can be occurred due to any diseases of the respiratory organs, lack of blood, swelling in the ribs

For the treatment of this disease by acupressure treatment system, the acupoints has decided on the body.

For the treatment of all types of respiration related diseases and asthma, by giving pressure on the acupoints related to the pituitary glands, thyroid glands, adrenal glands and pineal glands as shown in figure, all these diseases start curing slowly. Pressure should be given on the tips of fingers and toes 2-3 times a day for few seconds daily until the diseases are cured.

By giving pressure on the acupoints of the feet and hands as shown in figure, the stiffness of the chest is cured and various types of respiration related diseases are also cured. When asthma attacks fall, by giving pressure and massaging that part, the patient gets relief. Pressure should be given with the help of thumbs and according to the tolerating ability of the patient.

By giving pressure on the acupoints found in the part between the thumbs and first fingers as shown in figure, the diseases start curing slowly. Pressure must be given with the help of thumbs and according to the tolerating ability of the patient. Pressure should be given 2-3 times a day for few seconds.

By giving pressure on the acupoints related to respiration and found in both the feet where feet and legs meet 3 times a day for few seconds, the diseases are cured within few days. In addition to them, by giving pressure on the spines and shoulders with the help of thumbs 3 times a day, the patient gets much relief. If the patient has the history of asthma attacks, by giving pressure on the acupoints related to his back, the disease is ameliorated and the patient gets much relief.

first of all the reasons responsible for allergy should be eliminated If a person has suffered from respiration disease due to allergy, first of all the reasons responsible for allergy should be eliminated and then the diseases should be treated by acupressure treatment system. Pressure should be given regularly on the acupoints found on the external and internal part of the elbow as well as on the acupoints found on the upper part of soles and below the nose regularly 3 times a day for few seconds. By giving pressure like this, the disease is cured soon.

For the treatment of respiration related diseases occurring due to allergy, by giving pressure gently with the help of fingers on the deep part of throat daily 3 times a day for few minutes, the disease starts curing.

For the treatment of respiration related diseases due to allergy, the tongue should be pressed with the teeth 2-3 times a day regularly for few minutes. As a result of it, the disease starts curing. Pressure should be given gently.
