TARAN MUDRA


Introduction:

        Sit on the floor in Padma Asana and stop your breath and make the mudra of ‘jalandherbandha’. After that, put the palms of both the hands at the back side and raise body up by the support of both the hands and fling down the hips on the floor.

Beneficial:

        The practice of this mudra makes the body active, strong and powerful. It awakens the power slept under the backbone. This mudra provides help in awakening kundilini power.
