TADA ASANA


 The practice of this asana should be done on an open place or park so that fresh air may enter in your body. Stand straight on the floor for the practice of this asana. Now raise your hands by extending them iTechnique:

          The practice of this asana should be done on an open place or park so that fresh air may enter in your body. Stand straight on the floor for the practice of this asana. Now raise your hands by extending them in the sides of the shoulders. Now keep your hands up in stretched form and keep on standing straight on the tiptoes by raising the heels. Fill air in the stomach completely while taking breath slowly and exhale slowly. After that, give pressure on the tiptoes and stretch the body up. Keep the weight of the whole body on the tiptoes. Stay in this position for 2 minutes and bring the heels on the floor and return in normal position slowly. Thus, repeat it 5 times.

          This asana has an important place in Hathyoga because this asana helps in supplying fresh air into the body and makes the body healthy. It keeps the mind happy and is useful in increasing age and strength. This asana makes the chest broad and lungs healthy, strong and active. The practice of this asana ends body stretch, laziness and insomnia. Physical tensity is helpful in increasing body height. It is useful to make the body strong, beautiful, attractive and powerful. This asana generates zeal and energy. It ends stomach enlargement and cures constipation and indigestion. The practice of this asana makes the hands and muscles strong. It develops the muscles of the rectum and stomach and spreads to the intestines. It ends the retention of points which come out from the nerves and helps in developing the spinal cord completely. The practice of this asana makes the blood circulation fast in the nerves by which nerves remains healthy. The person, who stands or walks in enough quantity, should do the practice of this asana. This asana is also useful for the women too. The pregnant women can do this asana till 6 months during pregnancy. This asana reduces delivery pain and the healthy child takes birth.

Concentration:

          Concentration in this asana is very useful to get much benefits. The person should concentrate on the Vishuddhia chakra in this asana to get Siddhi (fulfillment).

Special note:

          Walking in the morning by drinking 3-4 glasses of water is useful to break constipation and to bring the stool clearly. The practice of this asana after Shirsha Asana ends physical fatigue.

Precaution:

          Do the practice of this asana with ease and raise the body on the tiptoes slowly. Doing the practice of this asana by facing towards north side is much beneficial.
