The person, who feels difficulty in the practice of Padama Asana or in any other postures, should do the practice of Sukha Asana because the practice of this asana provides the benefits of other Asanas too.
Spread a mat or bed sheet on the floor and sit upon it for the practice of this asana. The mind should be kept calm and far from tension during the practice of this asana. Now sit in crossed leg sitting posture on the mat by folding both the legs. Keep the body and waist straight and tight. After that, put both the hands on the knees with open fingers. Now sit in this position as much as you can sit during the practice of Pranayama in normal condition.
A person gets spiritual, worldly and physical benefits by the practice of Padmda asana and Sidhda asana. Similarly, a person gets all these benefits by the practice of Shukha Asana.
