Strain in the Muscles



          Muscles of the body of a person become tight once or twice in life whether a person is healthy completely.

Treatment of strained muscles according to naturopathy:

  • The patient should take complete rest when his muscles become tight by any way.
  • The patient should massage his muscles with ice for half an hour at the regular interval of two hours.
  • The patient should take cold and hot bath to get rid of strain of muscles.
  • The patient of this problem should take vitamin ‘C’ on large scale in his meal.
  • The body should be massaged with oil if a person has been suffering from strain.
