 STOOPA ASANA


   Spread a mat or bed sheet on the floor and sit upon it for the practice of this asana. Now keep your right leg on the left thigh and left leg on the right thighTechnique:

        Spread a mat or bed sheet on the floor and sit upon it for the practice of this asana. Now keep your right leg on the left thigh and left leg on the right thigh. After that, clench your both fists and bring it in the back side. Now grasp the fist of right hand by the left hand and keep it downward tightly. After that, take deep breath and bend your body forwardly according to your capacity while exhaling. Keep on holding fists tightly. Stay in this position for 3-10 seconds and stop your breath thereafter return in normal position slowly while exhaling. This asana can be done till three minutes by increasing one second every week.

        For the easy practice of this asana, sit on the floor like before and put hands behind and hold the wrist of one hand by the second hand. Now bend your body forwardly and put the forehead on the floor. After that, stay in this position for sometime while inhaling and exhaling. Then come in normal position slowly. Now take rest for sometime and repeat it again. Thus, repeat this asana 5-10 times.

        This asana makes the fibers of the stomach strong and settle down to the nervous system. Constipation, stomach diseases and sperm disorders are cured by this asana because of which whole body becomes purified. Mostly, this asana is very useful in the awakening of kundilini power. The practice of this asana cleans the intestines dirt. This asana is also useful in increasing working capacity.
