SAMATTAVA ASANA


        Spread a mat or bed sheet on the floor and sit upon it for the practice of this asana. Now hold tiptoes of right foot by the left hand and hold tiptoes of left hand by the right hand. Move in a circular way by sitting in this position Technique:

        Spread a mat or bed sheet on the floor and sit upon it for the practice of this asana. Now hold tiptoes of right foot by the left hand and hold tiptoes of left hand by the right hand. Move in a circular way by sitting in this position once and come on the previous place. Thereafter, stop for sometime and then move in circular way towards another side and come on the previous point. In this way, repeat it 5-10 times.

Benefits:

        This asana is useful for both male and female. It makes the knees, calves, thighs and body strong and removes mental tension. The practice of this asana makes the upper part of the body straight and cures all types of stomach diseases.
