        After giving birth to young ones, the body muscles of women are become loose. So, to keep the muscles tight as earlier, massaging of the muscles are very necessary. For this purpose, the room must be small, airy and little lighted. Sweet music may be played in a room while massaging.        

       The hands should be washed with soap and water before massaging. The nails of hands should be also short. Clean cotton clothe should be used for this purpose. First of all, massage should be done with fingers’ tips as well as move the fingers in circular way so that oil could absorbed by the body and then give little pressure on the body with the help of fingers. At last, massage should be done by pressing with the help of palms.

        Massaging fastens blood circulation as well as makes the muscles tight and tough. oils like- almond,  sesamum, olive or other may use for massaging. While massaging, stretching any joint of body, patting hardly on the body or squeezing the muscles too much, etc. are harmful.    

        By massaging, a person feels freshness, activeness; blood circulation increases; the muscles get tightness and glow comes on the skin.

Facial massage-

        For this purpose, first of all oil should be applied on the forehead with the help of only one finger of each hand and should pull both the fingers towards both the sides of forehead. Do the same with the help of two fingers of each hand.  on thing the massager should have to keep in his/her mind that fingers should be keep on the middle of the forehead and then move them towards both the sides of it.

        After that, repeat this activity with the help of three fingers of each hand and apply oil on the middle of forehead and skin should be stretched towards both the sides as well as stretch the skin of forehead upwards with the help of palm and fingers. Each hand should be used one after another.

        Now, move both the palms and meet them near the nose and the skin should be pulled leftwards along with applying oil on it.

        The skin of lower jaw should be pulled inwards by fingers.       

Massage of neck-

        For this purpose, the last part of palm should be used as well as move the hands from inwards to outwards along with patting on the skin of neck.

        For massaging the neck, apply oil on the upper right side of the neck with left hand and then rub the skin to the shoulder with the help of fingers and palm. This activity should be done continuously as well as should repeat this activity too on the other side of the neck.

Massage of arms-

        For this purpose, first of all apply oil on the arms by fingers’ tips and then by palm and massage with the help of fingers. While massaging, the massager should go on pressing the muscle. Massage should be done from upward to downward direction.  

Massage of back-

        For this purpose, first of all sit on a chair as reverse and keep a pillow in the front. This type of massage should be done in the middle to outwards and then in upward to downward directions.

Thigh’s massage of a pregnant-

        First of all, apply oil on the thigh with soft hands and then massage should be done in upward to downward direction. In this case, first of all massage should be done with both the hands and then it should be done with one after another hand. at last, massage should be done by hands from upwards to downwards as moving the hands in circular way.

Feet massage-

        This type of massage should be done from upwards to downwards direction. Legs’ massage should be done by lifting feet up.

Knee’s massage-

          This type of massage should be done with applying oil on the knees.

Head massage-

        Head massage should be done with the help of fingers’ tips.
