Grind pistachio (pista), almonds (badam), cuddapa almond (chironji) and cus-cus (khas) together and boil with milk to prepare kheer and mix sugar and ghee of cow milk in it.Introduction:

      Pistachio is used as dry fruit. It is also used for preparing sweets. Pistachio (pista) is nutritive and makes body strong. Massaging after applying its oil on the head eliminates warmth of the head. Its oil is also used in dying silk (resham).
