  • In the condition of any disease as long nervous stress, the brain sends impulses from center to peripheral nervous system because of which autonomic nervous system gets imbalanced. Circulation of blood pipes is interrupted in organs by doing so because of which acid secretes on large scale in the stomach. Due to this reason, several kinds of diseases occur in the body as stomach ache, ulcer etc.  
  • Autonomic nervous system becomes normal if compression is given on the frontal portion of the brain, back of the skull and both sides of backbone according to modern massage therapy.

  • When the nerve pulsates 10-15 times in a minute, it is considered positive and it gives information of increased stress of cavitations nerve too. Gentle compression should be given on the eyes for 10 seconds with the help of both palms according to modern massage therapy. Autonomic nervous system gets improved by doing so.    

Carotid sinus reflexes:

  • Cerebral has a very important place in modern massage therapy. So, knowing about the physical activities of carotid sinus properly is very essential. The center of carotid sinus is situated on that place from where nerves of carotid artery go into the brain. At this part, there is web of nerves fiber and carotid organs and this part is attached to the nerves.      
  • For example, if blood pressure becomes high, the walls of blood pipes get stretched. Consequently, blood circulation becomes low. The first point of modern massage therapy is situated in carotid cavitations. Compression should not be given for long time. In addition to, compression should not be given on both points at one time.   

Modern massage therapy and cutaneovisceral reflexes:

Or pain and gripping occur by giving compression on the sensitive nerves and muscles of skin and by producing excessive sensitiveness and excessive stress in muscles.
