NATURAL DIET PLAN


  • Nature has great importance in our life. We can keep our body healthy and disease free by accepting the theories of the natural treatment. For it, we should follow the natural routine as mentioned below-
  • We should leave bed before sun rising daily. A person should getup from the left sideway at the time of getting up in the morning. The health of a person remains fit by doing so.
  • In the morning, the human should sprinkle fresh water in the eyes by filling water in the mouth just after leaving the bed. The eyesight does not become weak by doing so and it increases the eyesight too.   
  • A person does not become the victim of constipation, piles, eyes diseases, blood disorders and bile disorders by drinking four glasses of water kept in copper or silver pot before evacuation in the morning. Many types of diseases are also cured by doing so.
  • Taking tea in the morning on empty stomach is very harmful so tea should not be taken on empty stomach.
  • A person should not show any laziness for going to evacuation. A little pressure should be given on the gums by pressing teeth at the time of urination and evacuation of stool. He will not become the victim any tooth related problem by doing so. We should be aware about this fact that food should not be taken just before bathing, evacuation and sleeping. A person should go for evacuation after exercise. The anus should be contracted 8-10 times after evacuation. A person will remain far from anus related problems and early ejaculation.
  • A person should not urinate by facing mouth towards sun. he will become the victim of skin diseases by doing so.
  • The whole body must be massaged with oils once a week.
  • Brushing with the neem twig is very beneficial for the teeth. Mouth palate should be cleaned by the thumb necessarily while cleaning teeth or tongue. Gargling with salt mixed lukewarm water is also necessary. A person will not become the victim of such disease related to eyes, ears, nose and throat by doing so. 
  • We must sit in the sun light with bare body because doing so is very beneficial for the health.
  • We must walk in the morning because our body remains energetic and active by this activity.
  • The body should be rubbed with the dried towel for ten minutes before taking bath and it should be moped by rubbing with the helps of palms after taking bath. After that, mop the body with the help of dried towel.
  • The food should be taken when a person feels appetite and the food should take less than the appetite. The person does not become the victim of digestive disorders by doing so.
  • We should sit in meditation for some time regularly because it is necessary for the good health. One gets mental peace by the help of meditation.
  • The food should be taken twice a day regularly and there should be fruits, vegetables, green and fresh leaves, sprouted grains and honey in sufficient quantity. If we take food thrice a day, liquid substances as fruits juice etc. should be taken at third time.
  • After taking the food, a person should sit in Vajrasasana for sometime or breath should be taken eight times by laying on the back, 16 times on right side and 32 times on left side because it helps in the digestion of food and the person does not become the victim of any gas disorder. Stomach gas will be come out by it. We should walk for 10-15 minutes in evening regularly after eating food.
  • Combing head by the wood comb after eating food is useful in the case of hair fall, headache and scabies-itching of the head etc.
  • We should take sufficient rest in the condition of physically tiredness. Some rest must be taken after doing work for three hours because doing so provides excessive benefit.
  • Sufficient water should be drunk daily to live healthy. Drinking water in sufficient quantity keeps our health fit and fine.
  • We should laugh at least twice a day regularly because a person who laughs daily remains far from diseases all the time.  
  • We should wear clean, normal and cotton clothes. Wool clothes and tight clothes should not be worn because these types of cloths affect the blood circulation
  • Some drops of pure mustard oil should be dripped in the ears every month. The ears remain healthy.
  • If we take 4-5 leaves of basil and neem regularly, any disease does not affect to the body. Therefore, taking it regularly is very useful for the healthy life.  
  • We should not sleep during day because it is very harmful for our health.  
  • Bring positive thoughts in the mind because a person remains far from mental tension by doing so. He gets mental peace and happiness.
  • We should not sink into the layers of desperation. We should be optimist because an optimist gets desired objects.
  • Don’t lose courage for any work because the person who does not lose courage gets victory.  
  • The feet should be washed with the water and water should be drunk before sleeping at night regularly. Our body remains healthy by doing this so.
  • The mouth should be cleaned before sleeping and hands, feet and soles also should be cleaned. Doing so brings sound sleep.
  • We should sleep by keeping the legs towards north or west direction.
