NAMASKARA MUDRA


  This mudra should be done 1 hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. Keep on increasing its period slowly. After getting siddhi in this mudra, a person can know the secret of other person too. This mudra is called the mudra of siddha yogis.Technique of mudra :

        Join both the hands together to make Namaskara Mudra. This mudra is like the position of namaskar.
