MATTHA KALPA


Introduction:

       Mattha Kalp is better than milk and curd. It is light and helps to throw out heterogeneous elements from body. To make Mattha Kalp, curd is made from only cow’s milk. After that, it is made after mixing three parts curd and one part water after removing the cream. To make it, sour curd should not be taken. It helps to digest oily, sweet and all type things.

Nature The Mattha Kalp is made after removing cream, so grease also outs with it. Without cream whey has following elements:

Phosphorus 0.09 to 0.1 percent Vitamin A In less quantity

 

Whey contains less quantity of sodium, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, chlorine and other alkaline elements.

Precautions: In the first stage of taking Mattha Kalp, it can cause constipation, loose-motion, fever, gums swelling and other diseases. In such condition, keep fast (Vart) for 1-2 days and start again to take mattha kalp.

Qualities:

  • It cures normal sprue and increases appetite. It makes digestive process fast. It also cures many diseases.
  • It is very useful for skin diseases, piles, swelling, asthma, rheumatism, diabetes and sugar in blood.

Useful in Different Diseases:

1. Fever:

  • Taking powder of gorakhandi with cow’s whey is useful to end fever.
  • Taking sanay’s powder with whey ends fever.

2. Surfeited: Mix 200 ml whey, two grams powder of caraway and one gram ground black salt together and take this mixture, it ends stomach gas and surfeited.

3.Dullness and laziness: One should take whey, boiled vegetables and chapatti in the lunch consequently, it ends dullness and laziness.
