Kneading


Introduction:

         Kneading is a process like kneading flour and it is done slowly but it is deep. Its fast movement produces excitement in the body. Kneading slowly affects skin and upper muscles of the skin and kneading rapidly affects to the internal massage. Kneading is very effective on the shoulders, hips and thighs. Oil should be taken in excessive quantity in kneading. Looseness comes in the contracted muscles of the body. Blood circulation becomes normal and toxins of the body come out from the body because of kneading.

Method:

  • Keep both hands in a parallel condition. Elbows should be outwardly. Now, lift flesh of the body with the help of both hands by turns. Flesh is not pinched in it. There should be a harmonious movement in the hands. Do this massage on the other fleshy portions of the body by starting from the hips.
  • Kneading should be done under the neck, on the shoulders and arms. Massage should be done on the arms carefully. Often, muscles of this portion are too much contracted because such kinds of muscles keep on spreading till the upper portion of the back. Hence, massage should be done on the upper portion of the back. This kind of massage should be done two times.
