Nature: Cabbage is hot and cool in nature.

Precautions: Over quantity of cabbage can be harmful for the brain.

Removing side effects: Ghee, spice and salt remove all the side effects of it.

Comparison: Cabbage can be compared with cauliflower.

Quality: Cabbage breaks constipation and makes the stomach soft. It makes the blood thick and increases bile.

Useful in different disease:

1. Pyorrhoea: Eat raw leaves of cabbage to get rid of pyorrhea and other problems of the tooth.

2. Stone: Eating cooked vegetable of cabbage gets rid of retention of urine and breaks stone.

3. Insomnia: Make sabji of cabbage (Brassica-campestrice) with ghee. A victim of insomnia gets rid of this disease by eating this cooked vegetable.
