Hairs play an important role in human’s beauty. It also gives idea about health that one is healthy or not. Falling few hairs is a normal matter, but when it starts falling in bunch, it may cause baldness.
Hairs diseases are occurred due to deficiency of hormones inside the body, dryness, infection, dirty head, malnutrition, mental problems, anxiety, unfavorable environment and any serious disease. It can be hereditary too.
Falling hairs in bunch, loss of hairs day-by-day, etc. are the symptoms of hairs diseases (problems).
To eliminate hair problems, pulses, milk and eggs should be taken regularly in our diet; take enough green vegetables. Hairs should be exposed with little sunlight and air. Massage the head with mustard oil 2-3 times in a week. Wash the head with lukewarm water.
Rub with joining the finger’s nails of both the hands; it helps to stop hairs falling.
