1. For growth baby in the Womb: Eating 60 grams ground nuts regularly helps to grow baby in the womb.

2. Breast Engorgement: Eat ground nuts regularly; it increases breast milk of delivered women. Chewing one grip ground nuts is useful.

3. Dryness: Rubbing with milk, rose water and a little quantity of oil of ground nuts on the skin till 20 minutes and after that take bathe provides relief.

4. Fat: Taking a little quantity of ground nuts increases fat.

5. Skin Diseases: Applying pure oil of ground nut is useful to get relief in ringworm, scabies and itching.

6. Cracked Lips: Rub ¼ spoon oil of ground nut on the palms before take bathe and after that rub this oil on the lips with fingers consequently, it recovers cracked lips.
