Food Element



        Food is necessary for making our body healthy. It generates energy and heat in the body. Modern medical science has engaged in discovering about food for years. The food is varied in different places, countries, castes, sub-castes, etc. Practically, there are only two kinds of food accepted- vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Non-vegetarian are in a great (higher) number in the whole world. The medical science of America and many other powerful countries accept food related principle of Indian ayurvedic treatment systems and say that non-veg is not the natural food of human. Vegetarian lives longer with disease free body than non-vegetarian. Today, the food eaten consists following elements chiefly-

  1. Protein.
  2. Carbohydrates.
  3. Fat.
  4. Fibers.
  5. Minerals and salt.
  6. Water.
  7. Vitamins.
