ENHANCING SEXUAL POWER THROUGH EXERCISE


Introduction:-

Yoga-asana is not a simple exercise. Not only the nervous system of the body but also internal glands is affected by adopting yoga-asana. Good results of yoga-asana are before of us nowadays. On one hand, adoption of yoga-asana enhances strength of the body on the other hand sexual power of a man enhances too. Regular performers of yoga-asana get great sexual pleasure during sexual intercourse.

Sirshaasana:-

  • Lie flat on the abdomen on ground to do Sirsha asana. Thereafter, raise slowly your legs together with the help of a wall and stretch them straight on the ground. In this way, blood circulates towards brain rapidly.   
  • Do this asana for some time in the beginning. Thereafter, increase the period of this asana gradually. However, this asana should not be done more than five minutes at any rate.
  • This asana is very useful to enhance sexual power of a man. Cells of the brain get sufficient quantity of blood with the help of asana. Cells of the brain become strong and powerful by doing sirshaasana and working power of cells enhances very much.
  • Erection power of the penis enhances very much by doing sirshaasana. Besides it, period of sexual intercourse enhances very much too.  

Sarvangasana:-

  • Lie flat on the abdomen and make the body loose fully. Thereafter, raise both legs altogether. Make an angle of 90 degree.
  • Thereafter, support to the back on the sides with both hands and raise the legs upwardly. Neck and shoulder should be on the ground. 
  • After doing this exercise for some days, try to raise both legs upwardly without support of the hands. Hands should be on the ground in the same position. Thereafter, try to raise your both legs behind the head gradually so that big toes of the feet may not touch to the ground.
  • Stay in this condition for sometime. Thereafter, raise legs gradually and return in the previous stage.
  • Asana should be done gradually. Change the posture of the asana gradually.
  • Blood circulates in the whole body properly by doing this asana. A pressure falls on the pituitary gland and thyroid gland because of which they work properly.
  • Hormones keep on exuding from the both glands because of which sex organs get too much sexual power. In this way, sexual power of a man enhances.
  • Backbone of a man becomes strong by doing this asana. Blood supplies in ample quantity because of which penis of a man gets full sexual excitement and erection.
  • Fatness of the stomach disappears by doing Sarvanga asana. This is the reason that both man and woman can do this asana.
  • Testicles become strong and heart pulsations become high by doing this asana.
  • This asana should never be done more than five minutes.

Paschimothanasana:-

  • Stretch your both legs forwardly and sit in proper condition.  
  • Bend upper portion of the body and try to hold the toes of both legs with your fingers but knees should not be fold at any rate.
  • Now try to touch your nose to the knees. Stay in this condition for sometime.
  • Holding toes of the both legs is very hard in the beginning without folding to the knees but regular practice makes it easy.
  • When you become able to do this asana properly, try to hold the soles of the feet by entangling the fingers of both hands very tightly.
  • Weakness of the vagina disappears by doing this asana. Vagina of the woman gets blood in sufficient quantity. This asana proves very beneficial in the diseases named premature ejaculation and nightfall.

Padasana:-

  • First, sit in an erect position to do this asana. Thereafter, place right feet by folding from the knee on the other thighs.
  • In the same way, keep left feet by folding from the knee on the right thigh.
  • Keep back bone in an erect position. Keep both hands in your lap and meditate by closing eyes.
  • Keep the mind in calmness.
  • This asana can be done for 5-10 minutes.
  • Backbone and legs get strength by doing this asana. Veins of the vagina, lower portion of the waist and nerves become strong by doing this asana.
  • A man gets rid of nightfall, premature ejaculation and impotency.

Bhadrasana:-

  • To do this asana, first sit by folding your both knees and keep your heels on the buttocks.  
  • Place total weight of the body on the heels slowly.
  • Back and neck should be in erect position. This thing should be remembered necessarily.
  • Thereafter, take your both hands backwardly and try to hold both toes of the feet. Right toes should be held by left hand and left toes should be held by right hand.
  • Keep your eyesight at the tip of the nose.
  • This can be done for 5-10 minutes.
  • This asana can be done at any time.
  • Leg and back become strong by doing this asana.
  • This asana is very effective in enhancing the sexual power of a man.

Sidhasana:-

  • To do this asana, sit in erect position easily.
  • Heel of the left feet should be kept between buttocks and under the testicles.
  • Keep the heel of right feet on the penis.
  • Keep toes of both feet between the thighs and calves.
  • Thereafter, keep your right hand on right knee and left knee on left knee.
  • Thumb and first finger of the hand should be touched to each other.
  • Keep your body in erect position while doing this asana. Back should not be in bend position at any rate.
  • Five kinds of postures can be done through this asana. As

First posture: Close your eyes completely and meditate.

Second posture: Keep your eyesight at the tip of the nose.

Third posture: Keep your eyesight on the front side.

Fourth posture: Meditate with half closed eyes.

Fifth posture: Eyesight should be placed between the eyebrows.

  • All the senses become strong by doing this asana and the performer gets full erection in the penis.
  • You can control on sex senses by doing Siddha asana and can prolong the period of sexual intercourse, as you want.

Mayurasana:-

  • Lie down on the stomach in the beginning to do this asana.
  • Thereafter, stretch your both palms of hands.
  • After that, the entire body should be supported on the wrists. Thereafter, raise the body upwardly.
  • Raise your body up completely and keep the body erect.
  • In the beginning, the performer faces great difficulty but it becomes very easy after some time if it is done regularly.
  • This asana should be done only 4-5 minutes.
  • Neck, stomach, backbone and muscles become strong by doing this asana.
  • Erection power of a man enhances by doing this asana and weakness of sex organs disappear as well. It regular use proves very beneficial.

Brahamcharyasana:-

  • Sit in erect position easily to do this asana.
  • Fold your both knees and stretch towards right and left.
  • Thereafter, keep your both hands on the knees.
  • Keep your buttocks on the earth completely.
  • This asana can be done for 5-10 minutes.
  • Thighs and calves become strong by doing this asana.
  • Sex organs become strong by doing this asana.
  • The problem of Nightfall disappears by doing this asana. 

Singhasana:-

  • Sit by contacting your both paws of feet to do this asana. Sit in a way so that joint line of the body (sivni nari) between testicles and buttocks may touch to the heels.
  • Now bend your neck forwardly and touch your chin to the neck.
  • Observe between the eyebrows. Eyesight should be centered between the both eyes.
  • Thereafter, open your mouth and draw out your tongue. 
  • Thereafter, keep right hand on right knee and left hand on left knee.
  • Body should remain in erect position.
  • Backbone becomes strong by doing this asana. Weakness of the sex organs disappears.
  • Erection power of the penis enhances by doing this asana.

Veerasana:-

  • This asana is known by the name of Hanuman asana. To do this asana, first stand in erect position. Keep the right feet forward suddenly.
  • Thereafter, keep the left feet backwardly.
  • Close your fits of both hands tightly but it should be towards thumb.
  • Thereafter, keep your left hand on the chest. Right hand should be in erect position.
  • After that, bring your left hand towards below and keep on the left feet.
  • Thereafter, give a pressure on the above portion of the waist and push the body backwardly.
  • After sometime, change the condition of both hands and feet. Left feet should be forwardly and right feet should be towards back. In the same way, keep your left hand forwardly. Left hand should be on the chest. In this way, you can change this process repeatedly.
  • This asana can be done for 4-minutes.
  • Laziness disappears by doing this asana regularly. Waist becomes thin and chest becomes broad by doing this asana.
  • Sexual power of a person enhances very much by doing this asana and lack of semen disappears.

Bhujangasana:-

  • First, lie down on the stomach to do this asana.
  • Thereafter, keep your both palms under the shoulder and try to raise upper portion of the waist up slowly.
  • Lie down on the floor in a way so that both feet keep on touching with the earth properly. Both palms should be touched to each other.
  • Thereafter, front portion of the body should take upwardly and bend backwardly by the help of hands. At this time, eyesight should be towards sky.
  • Hands should be fold not erect. Keep on taking breath continuously. Keep your chest and mouth on the earth after taking breath 15 times. Thereafter, do this asana again.
  • The man is in the posture of Bhujanga asana. Therefore, this asana enhances sexual power of a man very much.
  • Sex organs and waist become strong by doing this asana. Fatness reduces too by doing this asana.

Utkatasana:-

  • To do Utkata asana sit on the floor by folding your knees.
  • Thereafter, sit on your paws of both feet slowly by raising upwardly.
  • Do not keep your total weight on the paws of the feet.
  • Meet your both heels to each other and keep your buttocks on the heels.
  • Thereafter, keep your elbows of both hands on the knees.
  • Thereafter, entangle the fingers of both hands.
  • This asana can be done on any time.
  • This asana should be done regularly for 20-25 times necessarily. 
  • Brain of the performer becomes fresh and backbone becomes strong by doing this asana. 
  • This asana provides strength to the sex organs.
  • If there is good balance in the circulation of the blood, sexual power of a man enhances very much by doing this asana.  
  • If a person does not do this asana, Vajroli asana becomes hard for him.

Uttanpada asana:-

  • To do this asana first, lie on your back on the ground by stretching your both legs. 
  • Thereafter, hold anus (buttocks) with both hands.
  • Thereafter, raise your upper and lower portion of the waist in a way so that total weight of the body may come on the middle of the waist.
  • Thereafter, exhale breath slowly. Stay in the same position until you take breathes 25-30 times. Thereafter, try to keep your head and feet on the ground slowly. 
  • In this way, this exercise should be done 10 12 times. This asana provides strength to the waist. Cells of the waist become strong and nervousness of the heart disappears.
  • Blood circulation of all the nerves of the naval becomes proper by doing this asana because of which mind of a person remains happy very much. Sexual power enhances too much with the help of this asana.

Padangushthan asana:-

  • First, sit on your knees on the floor to do this asana. Thereafter, keep your right feet on your left thigh. 
  • After that, hold your waist properly by your both hands.
  • Then, raise your heel of left feet upwardly and keep the total weight of the body on the toe.
  • Stay in the same position for sometime and after sometime, do padangushtha asana by changing the feet. This asana should be done at least 5-10 times.
  • A person faces great difficulty while doing this asana in the beginning but after some days, he feels no problem to balance the body kept on the toe.  
  • Nerves of the sex organs become strong by doing this asana. This asana gets rid of a man from nightfall and impurity of the semen.
  • If you face problem in balancing the body while doing this asana, keep your body weight on the paws of the feet. Keep total weight of the body on the toe after becoming habitual of doing this.

Ashwinimudra:-

  • Ashwini mudra is a derivative process especially to enhance sexual power. Sit in a meditative posture to do this asana.
  • Thereafter, take deep breath and stop inside the body.
  • Thereafter, contract your buttocks as much as you can.
  • Thereafter, keep on contracting to the buttocks and stopping the breath as much time as you can. After that, leave contraction of the buttocks and breathing at one time. 
  • Muscles and nerves of the sex organs become very strong by doing the asana because of which sexual power of a man enhances too much. 
  • This asana can be done along with any yoga asana too.

Vajroli mudra:-

  • First, sit in the posture of meditation to do this Vajorli mudra. Pay attention on your breathing. 
  • Thereafter, take deep breath and stop by filling it into mouth.
  • Thereafter, contract the muscles of the ureter in a way as you stop urine while urinating. 
  • Keep this contraction in the same position until you stop breath. Thereafter, leave breath and contraction at one time. 
  • This method is like ashwini mudra. In ashwini mudra buttocks are contracted whereas in vajroli mudra, muscles of the ureter are contracted.
  • This asana can be done anywhere and anytime but this asana should not be done just after having meal.
  • You can contract and leaves to the muscles of the urinary system if you want. There is no need to stop breath. This method is very beneficial.
  • A man gets rid of premature ejaculation by doing this asana very soon. In this way, time of sexual intercourse enhances very much too.

Mulabandha:-

  • Mulbandha asana is very effective asana. This asana should be started after becoming perfect in ashwini mudra and vajroli mudra.
  • In this process, muscles of mulaadhar (one of the six ganglions in the human body) are contracted and left loose. Muscles of the mulaadhar do not run according the mind. Hence, its practice becomes very necessary. These muscles become too much sensitive by doing the practice of this asana and run according to the mind.
  • Blood circulates in the penis very rapidly after doing this process. Blood stays in the penis for long time because of which period of sexual intercourse increases very much. After the practise of this exercise for long time, a man ejaculates soon and makes sexual relation for long time.
  • All the kinds of diseases of the brain of man disappear after doing this exercise. Mind of man remains cool and happy.
