  • Keep your both hands on the both sides of the waist but the thumbs of both hands should not be on the body. They should be in opposite direction.
  • Give compression on the waist with the help of hands and pull upwardly. Slip your hands on the back by slipping on the waist.
  • Now, keep your both hands close together. Now, start massage by bringing one hands upwardly and another hands downwardly. Massage should be done by keeping contraction in the side and touch to the back gently. Thus, keep on massaging for some time by stroking hand on the back and lower portion.
