Brain:

  • Some diseases cannot be cured by modern massage therapy. Such diseases have been given below.

Transmitted (contagious) diseases:

           Some precautions should be followed at the time of treatment according to modern massage therapy. Some precautions have been given below-

1. The practitioner should pay attention on the treatment while treating a patient.

2. Treatment should be done honestly and carefully.

            Period of treatment should be remembered by the practitioner. He should pay attention on the symptoms of the patient too. Treatment of diseases should be done from 30 minutes to one hour according to condition and age- 

  • The patient should be calm mentally and physically by evacuating urine and stool before the treatment. Treatment can be stopped in need. 
  • Treatment should be started after half hour of taking meal because at this time, the stomach is neither empty nor heavy with meal.
  • The practitioner should keep his hand neat and clean at the time of treatment. He should cut the nails.
  • The patient should make his mind cool before the treatment. He should be mentally strong too.
  • The patient should be calm by inhaling deep breath.
  • Basic facts of treatment should be followed.
  • Basic circumstances of treatment should be remembered. The practitioner cannot give stable compression if postures of treatment are not done carefully. Thus, the patient will not get good relief after treatment.
  • Point should be found out on the body of the patient very carefully at the time of treatment.
  • Compression should not be given rapidly at the time of beginning of treatment. It should not be given with great strength too.
  • The practitioner should make his position according to the condition of the patient very carefully at the time of treatment if treatment is done of a pregnant woman or a patient who has been suffering from hernia. Compression should be given with normally.
  • The patient should have patience because the disease takes time in the treatment.
  • The patient should pay attention on his diet too at the time of treatment.
