By removing the fingers from the thumb, he keeps his thumb on the left side and fingers on the right side just below the mastoid process. This point is the first point among all the three lateral points and the practitioner gives compression on the left and right side points from upside to below side. Compression should be given for three seconds. The practitioner should remember one thing that equal compression should be given on the both portions.

Giving compression on the spinal cord of the patient seated in a chair:

           First, make the patient sit in a chair. The practitioner should say to him to sit in an erect position. Thereafter, allow to the patient to keep both palms on the both knees. The practitioner should stand behind the patient. After that, he gives compression on the spine cord with the help of embossed portion of the thumb of right hand by keeping his left palm on the forehead of the patient. All the four fingers keep on hugging on the right lateral cervical region. He says to the patient to bend the neck a little forwardly and then backwardly while giving compression. Compression reaches to the inner side because of this activeness. Compression should be given for five seconds. This compression of five seconds is increased slowly. Treatment in this way should be done thrice a day.

Giving compression on the cervical region of the patient seated in a chair:

           First, make the patient sit in a chair. The practitioner should say to him to sit in an erect position. Thereafter, allow to the patient to keep both palms on the both knees. The practitioner should stand behind the patient. Thereafter, he should give compression on the points of cervical region by turns by considering first point to the both sides’ points of spinal cord. The thumb is on the left line of the points and all the four fingers are on the right line. Direction of the compression should be towards the center of the face. This treatment should be done three times.

Giving compression on the upper region of the scapula:

  • First, make the patient sit in a chair. The practitioner should say to him to sit in an erect position. Thereafter, allow to the patient to keep both palms on the both knees. The practitioner should stand behind the patient by moving. Thereafter, he should keep his both thumbs on the points of upper side scapula by stretching his both elbows. All the four fingers should be kept on the chest of the patient for support.
  • Thereafter, he uses whole body weight to give compression on the body of the patient. The direction of the compression is towards the trunk of the patient. Thus, compression should be given for at least five seconds. Such kind of treatment should be done three times. 

Giving compression on the middle region of scapula of the patient seated in a chair:

  • First, make the patient sit in a chair. The practitioner should say to him to sit in an erect position. Thereafter, allow to the patient to keep both palms on the both knees. The practitioner should stand behind the patient. Thereafter, he should keep his thumbs on the right and left points of the scapula of the patient. All the four fingers should be kept on upper side region of the scapula. 
  • Thereafter, the practitioner starts treatment from the left side and gives compression on the both lines each with five points of the middle scapula by turns. Compression should be given for three seconds on all the points. Treatment should be done three times. He should remember one thing that fingers should be reached to below side of the waist. Thereafter, compression should be given on the region of liver too.

Giving compression on trunk of the patient seated in a chair:

  • First, make the patient sit in a chair. The practitioner should say to him to sit in an erect position. Thereafter, allow to the patient to keep both palms on the both knees. The practitioner should stand behind the patient. Thereafter, he should give compression on the waist from the right side of the trunk. He should lift to the both arms of the patient by holding the wrists. The trunk stretches by doing so and a kind of tightness comes in the backbone.
  • This kind of treatment should be done in the form of exercise on the first time. He should remember one thing while giving compression that the whole body of the patient may stretch properly. After that, he should release to the patient by pushing him forwardly. 

Giving compression on the joints of shoulder upwardly and downwardly: First, make the patient sit in a chair. The practitioner should say to him to sit in an erect position.
