CHARANA UDDHRUTA ASANA


Technique of this asana:

       Stand in straight position for the practice of this asana. Now make the balance of the body on the left leg and bend your right leg from the knee and bring it on the upper part of the left thigh. Stand in straight position for the practice of this asana. Now make the balance of the body on the left leg and bend your right leg from the knee and bring it on the upper part of the left thigh. Now, turn right hand from the right side and bring it from the backside of the back and then hold toe of right foot from the left side and keep left hand on the waist. After that, take deep breath. Now bend your body downwards slowly while exhaling and try to touch the floor from the left hand and try to put the head on the left knee. The head should be bent downward as much as you can bend in the beginning. Stay in this position for some seconds and return in normal position. Repeat this activity by changing the legs. Thus, do this activity 4-10 minutes. 

Precaution:

        Last stage of this asana is difficult, so try to touch the head on the knees and hands on the floor according to your capacity. Practice of this asana should be done slowly and try to complete it. The practice of this asana should be done in the supervision of any yoga guru in the beginning if you want to take good result.

        The practice of this asana makes the muscles of the hands and feet strong. This asana ends disorders of the legs’ nerves and increases energy in the body. It is also useful in making the body healthy and beautiful.
