CARBOHYDRATES


        Cold and catarrh, irritation, tiredness, etc. are occurred due to deficiency of carbohydrates in the body. For curing these diseases, eatables having carbohydrates like- boiled potato, boiled rice, carrot, radish, sweet potato, etc. should be taken. 

        Carbohydrate is the main source of providing energy in the body. It acts like fat for providing energy and heat to the body. Carbohydrate is digested easily comparison to fat. The body gets carbohydrates as two form- starch and sugar. Carbohydrates found in wheat, maize, millets, barley, big grains, rice, pulses, roots vegetables, etc. is called starch. Carbohydrates obtained from bananas, guava, sugarcane, sweet potato, date, dry grapes, fig, sugar, honey, sweet vegetables, all sweet things, etc. is very powerful and useful for our health, but its excessiveness generates many dangerous diseases like- indigestion, diabetes, dysentery, etc.  Increasing excessive weight is also dangerous for life. By increasing weight, many diseases are occurred.
