Capparis horrida is small, pungent and bitter. Its fruit is bitter and hot in nature. It is stimulant and increases appetite. It brings the phlegm out and gets rid of pain. Capparis horrida reduces swelling and purifies the blood. It is also useful in fever.
If there is disturbance in digestion system because of which food does not digest properly, capparis horrida should be given to the patients. Its use gets rid of indigestion. It is beneficial in elephantiasis and rheumatism too.
