Fold the triangular bandage in half, and this makes a broad fold bandage. Fold the triangular bandage in half again and this is called a narrow fold bandageFor this activity, take a 7-8 feet long and 6-7 inches wide cotton cloth and immerse in water. Now squeeze this cloth and wrap it on the affected part of the patient. After that, a dry cloth is wrapped upon this cloth and this pack is kept for at least one hour but the time of pack also can be increased according to need. After removing this pack, mop this affected part with the wet cloth. This compress is used on the different body parts for different types of diseases. This pack is also used on the throat, chest and joints.
