 ACUPUNCTURE POINTS

Acupuncture treatment is a method to provide the flow of vital strength to different body organs. Any disease occurs due to lack of vital strength inside the body. Hence, through this treatment, pointed needles are pricked on the particular acupuncture points of the body to provide relief in the diseases. Actually, acupuncture means – acu (needle) and puncture (pricking).

In fact, acupuncture points are found (located) on the outer surface of human body, which are pricked, pressed or warmed for curing the symptoms of different diseases. All these acupuncture points found on the body are different to each other by their properties and the imaginary line (chain) from which similar points are connected, is considered like a pearl chain (garland). These acupuncture points found on the body are divided (categorized) into 14 parts. Among which, 12 are pair medium and 2 are single medium. The nomenclature of these pair mediums have been done on the basis of internal organs like- small intestine, lungs, gall bladder, kidneys, etc. and the two single mediums are known as conceptional vessel and governing vessel. Besides them, one more pairs named Triple warmer is found that is based on the principle of burning vivaros, but not related to any particular organ. In addition to it, few more points are also found in the body, for which no any certain medium can be determined.

Every medium has an electro-magnetic field as well as a magnetic unit and vital strength flows in a circulatory path through lungs’ medium that starts from related organs and flows in other organs through the medium of acupuncture point and come back again inside the lungs. Here, a unique code (roll number) is given to each of the acupuncture points on the basis of particular medium. For illustration- the GB medium found on the gall bladder

Gb-12, Li-4m SP-8, Lib-2, St-4, Si-4 and Lu-1

Relation between magneto therapy and acupuncture points-

According to acupuncture treatment system, acupuncture point is electro-magnetic field and each of the acupuncture points is an electro-magnetic unit. On the basis of it, if magnet is used on one or two main acupuncture points in many diseases, it is very beneficial for the sufferer. The using method of magnet on acupuncture points is same as followed in other diseases. In the other words, if only one point has to be magnetized, only South Pole should be used for this purpose while when two acupuncture points have to be magnetized, we should follow the direction of poles, period, time, etc. the most advantageous thing of using magnet on acupuncture points is that doctor has not to do hard for finding the certain place of these points. By the affects of magnet, the doctor finds out acupuncture points easily as well as he also get knowledge that on which part of the body, magnet has to be used.
